Copa Del Rey Cup destroyed

After a goal absent handbags 90 mins, Real snatched the cup in extra time with a goal. However, the numpty defender Sergio Ramos drops the cup from the top of the celebration bus at night, the bus driver doesn't see it and just squashes it under the wheel. :laugh:

Well, that will be a nice one to be remembered for instead of any of your football. :twisted:

This was far from the first apparently. CNN has a piece on today about the subject and it seems everything from Stanley Cups to tennis grand slam trophies to major golf tournament trophies have been dropped and broken at the presentation ceremonies. Pete :cheers:

When Liverpool won the European Cup in 2005 they were allowed to keep it as it was the 5th time they've won it, it's now on display in the museum with a massive dent where Milan Baros dropped it.
