Looking for English speaking Lawyer in Hua Hin

Post by intira »

Greetings,

I would like to buy a running business in Hua Hin and in need of a good English speaking lawyer in Hua Hin that can represent me and check the seller's company.

Can you recommend any lawyer?

I am also in need of a good accountant (no English required)

Thank you in advance,

I thought the OP was looking for a Lawyer. Big difference depending on the services you require.

Yes, be very careful - it ended up costing me a fair few bob to right the wrongs!

I've had dealings with P & A since they first started some 12 years ago.
As I occasionally interpret in couple of esoteric tongues, I've been through
much with P & A through their clients needing an interpreter.
They are lawyers much more than some of the Legal Eagles in HH,
not merely a notary office.

They are being used by some of the largest and more upright of the real
estate developers in HH, least of whom is not Dusit Land and House.

Their website is: http://www.notary-th.com/

On website there's a map of their location.
"There's no plausible or convincing reason, certainly no evidential one, to believe that there is such an entity (= deity) and that all observable phenomena, including the cosmological ones... are explicable without the hypothesis; you don't need the assumption."

Was at immigration yesterday and they said that I should go see a lawyer about an issue that could help me regarding my thai/british daughter. I then asked her if she could recommend one in Hua Hin she said don't use one here as they all are out to make too much money and told me to use one in Prachuap, long way i know but...................
