Jane Haddow is NOT a lawyer. Calls herself a consultant working in a legal office. Prices are very farang oriented. Just try to keep your arms and legs attached so they cannot be taken.

Thats because lawyer is not a usual British term. My understanding she is a retired British Solicitor working as a consultant to Chavalit Finch & Partners Limited.

So she has considerable support and resoures to hand yet offers a familar UK interface to what otherwise would be a foriegn legal system.

The prices certainly for house conveying etc are fixed. I don't know how large a company Chavalit Finch & Partners Limited are or if other local compainies are cheaper.

IMO the price for sound advice at a fixed price from someone who shares the same ethical background was worth the price I paid.

The feed back I got from my developers was she writes the most comprehensive contract/legal documents

Probably a bit late but strongly recommend Jane Haddow at Chavalit Finch, makes everything seem quite simple, a genteel UK lady, and even made me laugh once, most unusual for a lawyer
Fat drunk and stupid is no way to go through life.......says who?
