I have no idea whether he's the usual FIFA mickey mouse delegate from the usual mickey mouse footballing country that somehow, perversely, populate these things. But the subsequent exposure about an election, or lack of, was funny - and topical.

Yes, you do get some bizarre choices for FIFA officials from hopelessly corrupt countries that have never even qualified for an international competition.

So really, it's hardly a surprise that they all keep getting caught selling their votes or just using their position to swell some bank account.
