Semi-final Finland vs Russia 3-0. Look at our first goal by a 19 year old rookie.

Sorry to say its the fake world championship.
Most of the players play for teams eliminated from the real world championship, the Stanley Cup playoffs. Bamboo, you can be proud of Antti Niemi, he was great against Detroit.

WC is WC and Stanley Cup is different. Some of Finland's old stars even chose not to go to the WC after being eliminated from SC play-offs, i.e. Selänne and S. Koivu but the charm of the World Championships is always there, no matter which players are involved, it's country against country.

Selanne was amazing in the playoffs but at his age maybe too tired to play in the WC if he wants another season in the NHL.
The other charm of the WC is that it is played on big ice so rough stuff is less important.
