Hi,
I am contemplating a move to Hua Hin. Lived in Asia/Hong Kong long term.
As a single female, of indiscriminate age, (let's say very early retirement )
how is living in Hua Hin.. Social life, ease of meeting people, yoga/pilates available? Golf yes for sure.. but life is not all about golf.. LOL.
for some of us..
How about finding reliable domestic help ?
Pet Care, vets.. hairdressers ect.. all the female stuff ?
Would appreciate your assistance...
many thanks
move to Hua Hin

Welcome Hongkong.
Yes HH has yoga. The gf & her aunty go to yoga classes 3 or 4 times a week. Lots of hairdressers, manicures etc widely available.

Welcome HK
Lots of beauty places, quite a good hairdress in Market Villa.
Domestic staff should not be a problem, very cheap and good.

Welcome
There are a couple of active ladies' groups in town which hold the usual lunches, nights out, book clubs etc. There are also several yoga groups. As already started there are a LOT of spa and hairdressers around town.
There are several vets in the area and a good kennels close to Cha'am

Will be coming to Hua Hin area later this month, just a quick trip, so will be able to check things out then.
