1. Are passengers told early in the Morning so they can make alternative arrangements (presumably minibus to victory and then minibus to Pattaya). Is there a full refund in that case ?
1+2. We monitor the weather on a daily basis but, as everyone knows, it's not an exact science and we are merely dealing with predictions.
We try to give 2 days notice of cancellation but at least 24 hours.
There is a full refund and we will happily book alternative transport for you.
Over the last couple of weeks, how many times has it been cancelled ?
thanks
This time of year brings the strongest winds and the highest waves, so the possibility of cancellation is most during the peak season, unfortunately.
In the first 2 months of the service, there have been about 4 cancellations of a possible 24 crossings.
As we have said before, customer safety and comfort is paramount.
