We all known the mobile food stores that come around. My little soi is no different to any other and sometimes my wife will buy some somtam.
But, literally right now, a pick up with a loud speaker blaring came by and it looked to me that the man and his little boy were selling their house. I briefly saw fans. fridges etc etc. It was all house stuff. A mobile car boot sale.
Now, I dont generally care about this. But nursing a big hangover, I do object to the invasion of my and everyone elses' privacy. It was loud. Piss off.
Think I'll put Paul Weller on full volume now.
Rant over.

Think yourself lucky you don't have builders 24 hours a freaking day.
This soi has more builders than people down it, I'd welcome some noisy boot sales to break the monotonous din of that f'ing angle grinder.
Time to go listen to some jazz instead.

Who is the happier man, he who has braved the storm of life and lived or he who has stayed securely on shore and merely existed? - Hunter S Thompson
Two years ago I lived on the top floor of a 5 floor condo, with 5 buildings layed out in a semi-circle with pool in the middle. Many of the units were not yet finished out. From dawn until dusk the cement grinders and saws were going, making new door holes and whatever else the buyer had designated. Worst many months of my life. If in the market for a condo, wait to move in until all the finishing work for the entire project is completed IMHO.
