For all the talent in the Man city team, they really do struggle to put any kind of passing game together & against the better teams struggle to create many clear chances 
When you add up the cost of the two teams & the obvious wage bill that goes with it, it's pretty mind blowingly obscene

I think the player that United will miss most this season is Van der Sar.
De Gea was at fault with both goals.....neither staying on his line or going for the ball with Lescotts header and reacting far too slowly to Dzeko's shot.
As well as Nani,the one United player who impressed me was Jones.He looks cool and comfortable on the ball and tackles well.I think Ferdinands place in the team at United,and for England,could well be disappearing sooner rather than later !
City were very poor.....played as expensive individuals rather than a team with any heart or passion.
Ballotelli is making Torres look excellent value for money in comparison and playing Milner instead of Adam Johnson ??
You cant really read too much into this type of game but City will surely have to play more as a team if they are to be successful this season.
But an entertaining match......I bet all you scousers and cockneys were cheering when Nani raced away and slotted the winner home in the 93rd minute !

Silvas a brilliant little player, Aguero is obviously class, Tevez wants out, Kompany is a very good CB. Then it's all a bit meh!
