Just an update:
Popped over last week for a review, just waiting on glazing and fitted furniture to be installed, full completion in the next month.
The first phase of Red Mountain is well on the buitfication stage now. The concreted roads are now being finished in a black stone rendering (no tarmac here), well water tested and site water filters going in. Street lighting and street flower bed planting ongoing. Second phase boundry walls built with independant access for construction traffic etc plus one plot sold and construction started.
So by the time we revisit in August phase 1 should be 99% complete with no disurption from the second phase of plots.

Fantastic info Whaler, I'm looking at the RM development as well, this has helped me to put it on my top list with the Falls and Orchid Palms, did you look around as well, what was the clincher for RM for you?

We have just moved in They are all fine developments.
I guess the clincher was how the Mrs put it, she did not want a bungalow that looked like it had come from a new estate in Bournemouth
Also the little things count like well water, twin tanks, road finish, site satillite/internet dish and the budget is very generous for finishing tiles and marble etc so you can customise to your hearts content.
You get a feeling from Anthony and John that it's a very personal and they are building as if it's thier own.
