I dont know the phone number but here are directions.
Going out of town on the Palau road go past Phoenix bar, just before the waste land on the left there is a road at 45 degrees about 150 m along there is a blue sign advertising music lessons, they charge 1500 Baht for four 2 hours sessions (total 8 hours) per month, you can pay more for more lessons.

They are good.
