Might be worth checking with some of the major hotels as I vaguely recall one of them doing an accommodation and cooking school package some time back .
Complexity is so simply overrated

This has been covered before and a long-established cooking school is run by Ratthreeya Buchabun

I attended myself about 7 years ago but the classes still operate and to the best of my knowledge still get very good reviews - I would recommend it.
