Had that special sausage plate yesterday. I'm no English sausage expert but these were some of the best sausages (of any kind) I've ever eaten. The mashed potatoes with onion gravy (and a few beers) was the perfect accompaniment. Excellent addition to an already good menu!
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?
Due to the popularity of our sausage and mash special we will be keeping it on our menu. For December our special will be another sausage dish selection as pictured with our homemade onion marmalade. Mustard and ketchup are of course available, as are fried onions. Chilli dog no problem but our sausages are not frankfurters, they are as always homemade with only natural ingredients.
First 3 people to come and taste test we are offering for free today. 1st come 1st served! Come on over
Bugger!
Just when I was looking forward to your latest special !
And perhaps a little !
Quite a few restaurants have been told they can open today, provided they serve food.
I used to be indecisive - but now I'm not so sure!

We are now serving Sai Ua made the traditional way. For those who do not know the dish-
Sai ua (ไส้อั่ว) is a type of sausage from Chiang Mai which is highly regarded in the rest of Thailand. It is a slightly spicy grilled pork sausage containing red curry spices and fresh herbs. The taste of finely shredded kaffir lime leaves, coriander leaves and lemon grass permeates the dish. Those shown here are about 25mm (1 inch) thick. It is often eaten as a snack on its own or served with peanuts, chopped ginger, chopped chillies and sliced shallots as a starter. Additional herbs and (raw) vegetables are optional.
They will be available for order to take home and also at the restaurant. Just cooked up a batch for people to taste test. So come on over
Tried the Chiang Mai sausages on Saturday in the company of a guest herself from Chiang Mai. My opinion - first class. Hers, very good - just a little too much chili - which is an odd comment as there is no mention of chili in your list of ingredients - she must have been referring to the red curry spices. Maybe for her the other herb flavouurs were a little drowned out. Still, as it seems everyone in Chiang Mai makes these sausages at home from handed down recipes, it's not surprising that there would be differences of taste from one home to another.
All in all, yet another tour de force from our local sausage master!
What's next?
Can't rest on your laurels too long, Steve!

Thank you for your kind words easyas. We can tone down the chilli for individual orders. Same with our mango chutney, can be hot and spicy or mild as you like.
