FA Cup

Man C v Man U. Good game spoiled by wrong sending-off. Well Nasri, another major trophy you won`t win this season. Shame.

Mancini is moaning that Rooney got Kompany sent off, didn`t I see him waving an imaginary red card on the touchline recently?

They were talking about the QPR (if they beat MK Dons) vs Chelsea tie on the radio this morning in a very similar vein, with John Terry's probable misdemeanor raising it's head again. Apparently the 2 games are both giving the FA some headaches. :D
Championship Plymouth Argyle 1 - 2 Leeds Utd

Points 46; Position 23 RELEGATED

Hoping to see Suarez(still banned for this match) sporting a Patrice Evra T shirt in the Kop

I just don't see it as comparable BB - the stature of the 2-clubs is so far apart, not to mention the support base unlike the worldwide interest there will be in the other game.

Nasty little club though, reflected the attitude of their ex-manager.

And QPR still have to beat MK Dons!

Caller...you might want to re assess your last comment...Did you forget that the John Terry "thing" was aimed at Anton Ferdinad who incidentally plays for a certain little club called QPR?? :banghead:

I hope to see some Manchester United fans stop being so obsessed with our club, there hasn't been a single game in the last twenty years when they haven't sang about us, their managers whole obsession was to win more than us, or should I say aspire to be better than.

Obsessed.

Well it had to be, Henry scores on his return. The only bright spot in a dull match. Typical of a game where the away team defends and hopes to snatch a breakaway goal or get a replay.

The man is pure class, I was well pleased for him.

One of, if not the best to ever play in the Premier League.

Just watched the rerun of the Arse' vs Leeds

As the commentator said at the end - 'Vintage Henry if not vintage Arse'

No doubt about it the man is one of the greatest of all time and deserving of all the accolades and statues he gets.

But with v Persie on holiday and if they had NO Henry, the Arse would be distinctly average.

I thought that at times Leeds were unlucky not to win.

Anyway - for the sake of the game it's good to see the genius back

Will he still be around on 26th Feb :naughty:

:agree: Even though it's the Arsenal, I don't really want to rain on their parade, but in a way the Henry goal highlighted their problems. After 20 minutes of play, his goal puts him level with Chamakh in the Arsenal scoring list, and the euphoria almost disguises the difficulty they had in a "game where the away team defends and hopes to snatch a breakaway goal or get a replay", although the away team was Leeds United, 8th in the Championship.
Is there room for him and van Persie in the same 11? Could cause as many problems as it solves.
This is the way
