As an ageing sports fan I watched cricket, football and rugby yesterday. Whatever happened to the manly handshake or pat on the back when taking a wicket or scoring a try/goal. All this hugging, kissing, choregraphy and falling in a love heap on the floor is embarrassing to watch. Bah humbug! :cuss:

Now Ireland please don't overdo it. I have you to win with superbru by only 11 points so don't go berserk and triple that please

Well on the first half showing Wales look by far the better side, physically and tactically out playing Ireland. God knows how we are 10-5 ahead. They better get there act together in the second half or we may get a hiding!

Well done the welsh boys, they deserved the win. Not sure if the yellow should have been red though. Didn't matter as we were beaten by an impressive physical quick attacking team. The last play before the penalty showed what the wales team can do taking the ball in hand from their 22 to ours in a minute or so was awesome under the pressure. North's some player.

Think the English ref did favour the welsh boys though as Ferris's pick up was not dangerous :D

Superb game, soured by the tw@t that is Bradley Davies - should have been red, and I hope he get's cited and banned, as I'm sure quite a few of my fellow countrymen and fellow rugby supporters worldwide will agree .... There is no place for those tackles in rugby. BB I'm sure will believe all Welsh are the same, but it's not the case - Welsh player or not, that kind of play needs to be taken out of the game. These guys are all very fit, very big and (frightening) injuries occur without the need for the dirty side. :cuss: :banghead: :cuss:

Anyways, back to the game - Wales look good!!! Biased or not this is true. Ireland made some poor decisions tactically, which cost them. However, Ireland will bounce back - of this there is no doubt. They are a great team and are very much still title contenders in my book.

Wales have had a great start, but as said in previous posts - the line-out is a problem with 2nd choice 2nd rows and other sides will target this.

A MAJOR hurdle out of the way for Wales, with 3 home games to come....... just Beelzebub's XV away - always a bugger, and one we've only won once or twice in a long, long time......

It is the "Year of The Dragon"...... check the Chinese Zodiac!!
