Are there any veggie restaurants in HH?

I don't know, but there are other vegetarians and we had a thread running on the topic some time back. (Not sure if it started as a vegetarian topic - but it was well discussed at the time!)
Fact is, if there isn't a vegetarian eatery there probably should be given HuaHins' growth. A lot of eateries however do have vegetarian meals on their menus. The difficulty with that, as we discussed before, is the Thais' concept of vegetarianism isn't quite the same as the Western idea of what is acceptable.
There's the age old story of man in Thai restaurant ordering a veggie burger. Waitress comes out with a beefburger.Man says' to her 'this is beef - not vegetarian' to which the waitress replies 'it OK - cow eat grass'.....

To the best of my knowledge, the answer is simply "NO". But a number of Thai restaurants have items on the menu where meat is replaced by tofu.

I hope this is a bit more constructive. Mini Farm restaurant at the railway end of 88 has hundreds of veggie dishes on its menu. All fresh and home grown, which is the whole point of the place.
