Do you mean the coconuty soup Siani? I have a recipe for that using chicken - quite simple - but I would guess if you use moo the meat might need part slow cooking first. Let me know. I've got a Thai recipe book here I got in Asia Books but it doesn't give the Thai names.

Are we really talking about Tum Yum Moo here? If so, it would be made the same as Tum Yum Gung but with pork instead of shrimp. Pete
