Well tonight I had Pork dripping on toast followed by rhubarb crumble thanks to a delivery of fresh rhubarb direct from the 'Yorkshire Rhubarb Triangle'. (Only a Tyke will appreciate the real stuff)
The pork dripping is laced with garlic, apple and crunchy crackling. Add salt black pepper and you have a calorific. cholesterol feast. HHF take note

Still prefer real beef dripping with the bits in but where?
