Last Night, the previous FA Cup game :( and the Wigan home game. Luck of the Irish, my Arsene!

I'm pleased!

I think 50 of those passes were in the 1st 76 seconds before Chelsea touched the ball. It went right-left, left-right, forward-back, back-forward and then in most cases, we won it, just as Frank nicked it from Messi for the goal!

Lets hope Messi maintains his record of never scoring against Chelsea next week!

As for Terry, Cahill, Cole - brilliant. :thumb:

As for Drogba. A one man forward line plus playing centre and defence - yet he was so often the dominant force in the game - he really dug deep into his full repertoire! Love him or hate him, you can't ignore him. :D

No doubts there Caller, he's a beast of a player. I don't even dislike him as he's great to watch when he's not full of his histrionics. Just wish he'd cut that out of his game as he doesn't need to do it.

I actually remember the first time I saw Drogba, Liverpool v Marseille, he battered us.

I agree he's a top player, but i do laugh at some of the histrionics.
For someone of his size & power, he shouldn't get knocked to the ground very often, if at all

Having seen the highlights, one player they really does deserve a bit of praise is Ramires.
He's come on leaps & bounds & is looking the part.
Earlier in the season he was getting lambasted by critics & fans alike, some even suggesting to offload him

He seems to have settled in now he's been given time.

I thought Chelsea had dropped a clanger with Ramires at first but rate him very highly now, he's one of those players that idiots in the pub won't appreciate, but if you understand the game you'll take note of him, a bit like his fellow Brazilian, Lucas.

Both read the game superbly and do things that don't make MOTD.

It's what annoys me about the English media, they'll applaud players like Scott Parker and Jamie Carragher for last ditch tackles etc, but they're only having to make them because they fucked up in the first place with positioning.

Agree 100% about Ramires, just signed a new 5-year deal and by todays standards, was a bargain. He's an integral part of the team and pretty much a permanent fixture.

Who is everyone's perfect player then? Not for sentimental reasons or Club bias. Just you've seen them play and thought "Holy Shit".

Mine is the Brazilian Ronaldo, would've have been the best player of all time if not for injurys, he was Drogba and Messi combined.

Honourable mentions to Zidane (like watching Ballet), Ronaldinho (Like watching Playstation), Gerrard (Like Roy of the Rovers) and Messi (Just like watching Messi)

Thanks mate.I was a very underrated full back in the Macclesfield Sunday League and many of my bookings and sendings off were harsh !

As well as myself,I would go for.....

1.Pele
2.Cruyff
3.Best

I wouldn't be too keen for them to win if I were you - wouldn't that take Arsenal's 4th place out of the European Champions league equation?
