Eating out prices

Post by hosburger »

Hi ,

I am staying in Hua Hin at the Centara Resort for two weeks next month. It would be great to be able to get some examples of what to expect to pay for food and drinks. My wife and I will be eating most things but my eldest child is a little fussy.

Any examples of prices greatly appreciated.
Cheers

Sorry, hosburger, and welcome to the forum. I'm not laughing at you, but if you have a look round you'll find there is some debate about how much we should post about the menus and prices of establishments that don't pay for the privilege. Your timing is impeccable (said the actress...).

There is such a wide variety of food available in HH, that you'll need to be more specific about what you're looking for. You can get a decent large pizza for around 200 baht, KFC prices are very reasonable, good cheap Thai food is available everywhere.

However fussy your child is, you'll find something to suit everyone.

:agree: :agree: :agree: :agree: :agree: There's a fantastic variety of food and prices to suit all tastes, I don't think you will be disappointed and you needn't be vastly out of pocket either. :thumb:

Wherever else you try the Night Market is a must one night at least IMO. Mostly seafood - many do burgers, omelettes, fries etc as well. If the lad still doesn't fancy the mains get him 2 puddings!

Around the area of Hua Hin there are some great restaurants at prices within 25 baht a dish to a 1000 baht a dish. Sorry, I'm afraid I can't be more specific than that.

For snacks try this range, damn delicious and cheap. Will give your eldest plenty of vitamins!
