Just surfaced here in Hanoi................

Well done Chelski - (It hurt to say that................)

Well - I think that that 'poon should sack Dalgliesh and reinstate that Spanish geezer

Ask Baa Baa, I'm sure he will agree :duck:

That's enough for Chelski now. Down down deeper and down me hopes!

Well we didn't turn up for most of that. Finally Carroll is showing glimpses of what he's about.

Congratulations Chelsea, come on Bayern.

Gawd, my head hurts! I enjoyed most of the game in the company of M. S. Blanc although he left before the end, meaning I had to seek solace with his friend, M. C. Du Rhone - no wonder my head hurts!

Lots of questions being asked in the UK press this morning about Dalgliesh, inevitible really, but even the great man has talked of sitting down and reviewing things at the end of the season. I think BaaBaa may get his wish?

And what happened to Kenny's suit? Did someone nick it? Disrespectful that, and the contrast between Kenny and RDM is proof that time waits for no man.

But I predict that Liverpool will spank Chelsea on Tuesday night!

:lach:

Please tell me that isn't actually a topic of conversation? If Kenny wore a suit or not?

Nothing wrong with tradition. The younger generation of managers all seem comfortable suited and booted, can't see why the oldies shouldn't fall in line.

Edit - from the article:

Dalglish’s fourth FA Cup final as manager started with the independent republic of Merseyside jeering the national anthem and the greatest of all Anfield legends greeting the VIPs in his long grey puffa coat and tracksuit bottoms. Liverpool will not bend to etiquette. But they must yield to the numbers that said they desperately needed this FA Cup to add to their gruelling Carling Cup victory over Cardiff.

You lead by example.

VIPs. I have zero respect for the FA so I'm not particularly interested in our managers match day attire. Kenny probably does it on purpose.
