Visa for 6 week stay in Thailand

Post by fach3003 »

Hi All,

My folks were coming here for 28 days....
which is fine with the 30 days you get when you enter thailand.

they have now decided to stay longer for 6 maybe 8 weeks.

I have told them to hang fire booking as i wasnt sure
about visas etc......

Do there apply for a tourist visa from Hull ?
can they get a 10, 15 days extension at HH immigration ?
ive no idea ( as usual ) !

what options do they have ???

Hope you can help....

Regards

Fach :D

They're best off getting a tourist visa which will give 60 days on arrival and can be extended by 30 in HH for 1,900 THB if they need the extra time. Certainly Hull will issue one and the process can be done quickly by post.
