You need to fill in a TM. 8 form, either download it, or they have them with the rest of the forms at the desk outside the door. Single entry 1,000 Baht. NO tea money required! :guns:

I did the single entry thing last week and as Nereus says it will cost you 1,000 Baht, fill in the TM 8 form, one passport photo and a set of copies of all relevant pages in your passport.
No need to show any ticket Richard.

I assume you can get a multiple re-entry as well, if so does anybody know the cost? Thanks.
