Why can't we make a simple 2-3 yard pass? I find it incredibly frustrating, especially when in a potentially strong position! It just makes the game so much harder! I see a role for Carroll later in the game if it remains 0-0.

The Hodge factor.

Johnson done well getting forward, Carroll would scare the life out of these, along with the Ox, Walcott or both.

Well we were extremely lucky to get through that second half. Quite simply, Italy are the better team. The way they are making space and passing it between themselves its as if they have an extra player. If we somehow get this game it will be nothing short of a miracle.

Is Carroll still a joke figure then or do people realise he's actually a good player?

He has grown on me to tell the truth. He took a fair while to get going though!

Whichever team win this, will have very tired legs against the well rested Germans.

Why not on both Cashley Brothers: Cole and Young?
