Interesting ideas, we have seen over the past few years a small amount of people who split the TV room from the main living area to make for a more conversational atmosphere, think its a pretty good idea. I think I would prefer for the master bedroom to be on the pool and have something to look at, any personal preferences can be worked into any new build.

Does the Benz come with the house? :naughty: (which probably cost more than the house :mrgreen: )

Although, I have seen some estates selling 4 million baht houses offer a Nissan March included with the price of the house.

excellent to see that this thread has developed into a well thoughtout and detailed discussion,maybe the MODs could delete the first two posts as they are obviously detracting. :D

The two bedroom model is nice, but I like the otter one better
