Correct me if I am wrong, but I think this is the simplest way to explain.

Get on the High Way when entering Bangkok. Exit Bang Na.
Follow Bang Na trad and you will have Ikea after 10 mins on the right side, what means you have to take a U-turn.
Regards,

That's about right. Get on the Expressway and head for Bang Na Terry. Don't follow the signs up onto the elevated motorway but stay on the lower old Bangna-Trat highway which begins about a mile or so further on than the elevated entrance. You'll be driving directly under the elevated motorway. You'll see the huge "Mega Bangna" on your right and IKEA is right behind it.

If by chance you get sucked unto the elevated, you'll still see Mega Bangna and IKEA on your right so you'll have to take the next exit down and U-turn back using the old highway underneath, or the frontage road that runs directly in front of Mega Bangna. Pete

At the bottom of your map you will see "Rama 2". From Hua Hin get on to this at
Phra Padaeng interchange. This goes via the new bridge and will it will take you straight to it. It is a toll road, not sure how much.

For sure that is the easiest way Nereus.

Within 1 minute of exiting the Express Way (Kanchanapisek Road), you are already driving into the Car Park
