Employment Websites

Post by Murray »

Hey guys,

I am looking for a few employment websites that are HH specific. I am currently using JobsDB which is great, but you can't set specific areas to search in.

If there are any hospitality industry sites that would be awesome as well.

Thanks in advance.

Murray, don't want to an instigator of a 'downer' but unless you are a great chef (with credentials) or a top hotel manger from the west capable of running the Sheraton Grand, or such like, then you're having a laugh.

Forget hospitality, it's a protected employment field (Thais only), unless you open your own guesthouse with your wife or you are some internationally capable sort of type that can get a management job at an international hotel chain, or a chef of Rosette/Micheline star quality at the Marriott or it's equivalent.

Thanks for the Info.

I have had a look at the protected Employee fields and didnt come across hospitality. But that answers it all. I am unfortunately none of the above, although working my way up, so i will have to see what comes my way once there.

Nearly all major international hotels have farrangs filling all the higher positions.

Hi Murray,

Farang=Foreigner

Ive stopped in a couple of hotels in the HH area and all had a couple of farangs working there, but I dont know their capacity or weather they were on some sort of 'job scheme'.

Sorry I cant be of more help, but good luck in your search.
