Secretary: Assistant to myself / office manager / gofor
Customer relations / sales person(s): Take our product to hotels, cultivate relationships
Web developer: Web-technical assistant

My office is located in Chomsin Soi 1 - beside Gee En Tung supermarket and next to Hua Hin bakery.
Employees all must be Thai, speak English well enough and be able to find the start button on a Windows PC.

my Thai fiancee has good english skills,has sales experience , is computer literate and looking for work.
I shall mention this to her and see if she interested.
One question, do you pay a salary or is it on a commission basis?

Basic salary plus commissions and/or result-related bonuses is how I like to approach this subject. It depends on the job-type too of course, but I try to cultivate initiative as well as adherance to policy, especially with those who are out in the field representing the firm.
