Up until i actually see the reduction/ me getting the 750 plus Bt i paid for half of this month and have recieved NIL ZERO service for it will stay a robbery in my eyes

and if there customer service is included in the monthly payments then it will remain robbery and i am not blaming the lower staff they have made the best of a very bad job but the execs and their huge paychecks are fully deserving of the blame

Our new box was fitted this afternoon - 24 hours later than promised but..... They were here around 20 minutes and set everything up so we could watch straight away. Everything we had prepaid on our old card has been transferred to our new card - as far as we know. Only complaint is that before we could watch True in all rooms of the house but now only one room is possible due to the new boxes.

I would still have lost 2 weeks I had paid for so it is still robbery
The fact i as yet MAY get that half a month refunded but ONLY after i have resubscribed smells like robbery to me
The fact that i bought a box only 10 months ago and have had to spend 2,000Bt for a new box for HD when i do not have an HD TV is robbery in my book

They also have 4 dedicated channels for the Olympics - the same 4 that they created for the Euro 2012 Championships.
We also heard from our DB supplier a couple of days ago - they're presently working on a solution for True but it might take while.
We're currently able to receive the equivalent of the Gold Package for True Vision and will continue to get that free of charge until the work-around has been completed.
