Chilli Pepper

Post by Pleng »

New restaurant opened on the road to Pranburi, next to World of Luxury Furniture, called Chilli Pepper.

Tried it out with the girlfriend today. Big Thai menu and decent selection of Western foods. We shared between us a grilled duck salad, which was fantastic, some pork spring rolls which were also good and some cheesy chips which were, well, cheesy chips! :)

We were impressed with the food, the place is decorated very nicely, and the staff were very attentive.

Prices about comparable to what you might expect to pay in one of the restaurants in the night market.

Will definitely be going again.

Well you'd think so from the name, wouldn't you! I have to admit I was a little disappointed the first time I ordered a Paneang curry and, without even being asked about spice levels, it arrived and they put it on my table and proudly declared 'pet nid noi'.

Was really tasty, anyway, even without the appropriate level of spice.

If you like your food spicy, make sure you ask!

No. I just presumed it was a name.
