Pretty happy with my lot on Monday night, first time we have won the opening game for 5 years and for the last 5 years we have had a woeful first half of the season.

The possibility of another couple of players in and with what we have I can maybe enjoy the first half of the season.

Go on Moyes

I'll bet you were mate, Everton and the big Afro in particular were brilliant , I only want Everton to win 2 games a year so well done on the 1st.

I don't know how any team can win against a team containing 23 year old wonder kid Tom Cleverley but it gives others hope.

Possibly the worst Football article ever written.

Apparently the Premier League is anti British. :lach:

It's worth a read mate, he compares Grant Holt to Olivier Giroud, Heskey to Suarez and Moyes to Mourinho.

Happy that we have Ade back. 5 million and 80-90,000 a week compared to RVP - 20+ million and a couple of hundred grand a week.

I do believe that as part of the deal Citeh are paying more of his wages than Spurs.

I think they give him a one off payment, that was what held the deal up.

What are the chances he won`t complete his contract.

When does any player complete his contract? Not good business for the club...

I was going to watch Chelsea v Reading but had to turn it off.

As the announcer was reading the team sheet out he had to go "European Champion, Frank Lampard".

"European Champion, Eden Hazard"

A:He isn't

B:Learn how to act like a big club, get a bit of class and humility.

How are you watching it? I'm reduced to the bleatings of David Pleat and the inane from Savage!

That is correct & shouldn't be allowed.
It just goes to show how farcical football has become
