I am current resident of Bangkok but going to Hua hin this week. Does anyone know if I need to be resident of Hua hin to get my annual visa renewed there or must it be done in Bangkok because i a living in Bangkok?

You have to renew your visa at the Imm Office where you reside. No harm in a visit to the office in HH to ask...you never know
