You normally get 7-10 days before they cut you off, so I am sure you will be ok. If you have the bill with you, you should be able to pay it at any 7-11 shop.

There will be two dates at the bottom of the bill normally spanning a week or so. The first date is when the bill was issued and the second the date by which it can be paid at, for instance, a 7-11. After the second date, the bar code won't register and you have to go to the electricity office. As already said, you're normally given 7 days from the second date on the bill before you're cut off.
Don't know whether it works for electricity, but I've managed to pay my telephone (TOT) bill before some 200kms south of HH without the bill. Just went to the local TOT office and gave my address. They called the bill up on their computer and I paid it. May be worth looking into if you're not going to be back before disconnection date.

On the basis you will be back to HH tomorrow, I would concentrate on enjoying your last night and sort it out when you get back

Send the GF to 7-11. If she is Thai she should know what to do.
