If you have no luck with responses from the membership, there's a sewing machine shop almost next door to Somtawin School on Petchkasem Road. They have a number of second hand machines for sale. I've got no idea of quality or price though.
Located at grid E8 on this map http://www.huahinafterdark.com/hua-hin-map.htm Literally two shops south of the 7-11 at the school. Has a "Singer" awning outside.

Thanks a lot for your answer. We've been there already. Second hand isn't in a good condition to my wifes opinion. Then.... , may be someone has a better items...
