I used to frequent this plae when we lived in Takiap, but as has been mentioned, the quality of the food seemed to go downhill, so like others, we stopped going there. It's good to hear decent reports now, so perhaps a visit is in order.
About the club sandwiches.....yes, you can't expect a decent one if they're using that stuff from 7/11 which some people call bread.

The nice thing about it though, is it never goes stale because it's so full of preservatives. The other problem with sandwiches in Thailand is that they often don't have any butter on them, and if they do, it's often the putrid sweet butter-like spread or "Dannie Boy" butter which tastes equally as bad. Saying that, the Thais aren't really familiar with sandwiches, so if that's what you want to eat, it's best to visit a place that's geared up to serving Farang, or alternatively, make your own.
Oh, and stay away from sandwiches that have mayonnaise on them as well, unless you have a sweet tooth. Even my wife can't stomach the mayonnaise over here.

Don't try to impress me with your manner of dress cos a monkey himself is a monkey no less - cold fact
