Yes, also Hot property has one 104 sq mtrs for 2.3 m baht. It say HH but not sure where, it has a pool. Another project called Temple view which is in Khao Takiab say that they are from 2.4 m....so they are about...not sure if it is built yet.

I don't agree with the fact that houses are cheaper than condos. Infact Condos are cheaper than houses. The condos provides better security, less maintenance. The rentals of condos is anytime affordable to anyone. :thumb:

The one at 2.4mil is a townhouse and is in teh house section - it has condo style facilties. Temple View never happened, the english developer never manged to make it happen. Will mail Lev to get it removed.
