Greetings to all @HHF. Been browsing the site for a while but only recently registered to post messages. My Thai wife and I recently bought land south of HH, had it cleared and levelled and now waiting for finalisation of building plans ( and an influx of cash) to start building. I anticipate this will be started late 2013/early 2014. I would be really interested to hear of any sound advice regarding choice of builders available in the area. Plans are currently being drawn up by Kensington (BKK) - will probably have them continue with the build as I will be too involved in work over here to oversee the project myself.
