Frank: Without knowing all of the facts I do not understand why you have paid 300, 000 for the lease?
I appreciate you are buying this property on a 30 yr lease. I was under the impression that you paid so much for the property to the developer. When you exchange with the developer at the Land Dept the lease is registered on the Land title (Chanote) for a few hundred baht. You must ensure that you receive the land deeds which show you are leasing the land. Unless Im missing something??

100, 000 for the registration of the electric, water is a joke! From memory its about 5, 000B each.

I think some legal advice is needed ASAP as some of these charges sound ridiculously high.

Good Luck!

Years come and go, unfortunately spammers are here to stay I fear!
