Building height restrictions in a residential area

I wonder if anyone knows about building height restrictions in residential areas in Hua Hin and Khao Tao ? Would really appreciate any input if so, or also on how to find out.

I believe you can go to the Tessabahn with a copy of the chanote and ask how tall you can build, they will then tell you the restrictions for that area.
Someone will need to confirm though.

For future reference, I've discovered you only need the Chanote number to check this information, not a physical copy.
