Real estate agent in Pranburi?

Post by dotx »

I'd like to rent a house (long-term) in Pranburi and need an agent to help. I've done the "driving around on my own" when I was looking for a house in Hua Hin, but it's too hard to do the same in Pranburi. It's also very time consuming because I have a list of requirements for the house (pet friendly, AC in the living room, etc) and I would rather just have somebody round up a list of places for me.

So, anybody knows of any agent renting houses in Pranburi? The agencies in Hua Hin don't seem to have anything that far away.

If you look at the list of sponsors on this Forum, you will see that one of them - Hot Property Hua Hin, says that it has an office in Pranburi, so why not call into their office here in HH and ask for further details?

Hi,
They are open Sun-Fri, half day on Wednesday, but the staff are attending exams in Bangkok until next week, so it will be closed.
You can contact their main office in Hua Hin which has access to the same information.

Jing Joe i dont think pranburi has a beach or a Hot property office but Paknam Pran beach road to Khoa Khalock does have a Hot property office i ride past it on my bicycle regularly

this is a joke
I have spoken to my neighbour HHADfan who lives opposite me in Pranburi CITY and we agreed 2 TWO farangs per 4/500 Thais might make this place seem crowded with farangs :D :D :D

Another neighbour probably knows or is related to just about everybody around here she could probably help and if you have a minute and come to the railway station and ask for me or HHADfan they will point you the 500 yards to our rented bungalows 3000Bt/5000Bt a month respectably just ask for the farangs all two of us

[Mod Edit] Element likely to cause squabble, and expected response removed.

I talked to the Hot Property people, but they only have two houses in Pranburi (the rest is villas over 40k!) and one doesn't have a fenced yard, so it doesn't work because I have dogs.

Dear Mod

I have terminated PMs and cannot get it back on so i can pm my phone number

My lovely wife is not here at the moment she is attending a 5 day university seminar for her degree so i will have to wait till she gets back to make some enquiries

it would also help if we had a monthly figure to work on

Under 15000 would be great. Top requirement: big yard with grass, tall fence all around.

I understand where you are coming from and would probably do the same
By the way i have been past your place regularly very early with HHADfan on our 32 KMs bike rides
Our bike rides are measured by HHADfans Gizmo on his bike down to the metre I will however stick to rounded KMs cos on account of my sore bum can only be so accurate :D :D
However to explain to those members that do not know the terrain here i will try to paint a picture
1.Places
a. Pranburi market
b. Pranburi city
c. Pak Nam Pran
d. Khao Khalock
Pranburi Market is the large town on the Petchakasem road
Pranburi City is the small village around the Railway station (the original Pranburi) Farang population two 2 repeat 2
Pak Nam Pran is a small town on the beach at the mouth of the Pran river
Khoa Khalock is a small seaside village further south on the beach

From Pranburi City to Khao Khalock is 11KMs
From Pranburi City to Pak Nam Pran is also 11KMs
From Pak Nam Pran to Khao Khalock is 10KMs
this forms a triangle
From Pranburi city (which is surrounded by a loop in the river Pran and jungle) to Pranburi Market is 2.7 KMs
DOTX where in that are you looking
big yard with grass, tall fence all around. just about writes Pranburi city out
when i can get pms back i will send you my phone no so BB tell me how to do it

Sorry, I didn't realise that you were asking

1. Go into User Control Panel

2. Choose Board preferences

3. Under Board preferences/Edit Global Settings, ensure Allow users to send you private messages: is set to Yes.

Hopefully, it's as simple as that. If it still doesn't work, ask again, and I'll look further,

I know the OP is looking for a house in Pranburi, but I'll post this just in case it's of any use to anyone.

We are in the process of moving to a house up near Springfield. On the way there we saw a house for rent on the Canal Road north of HH (on the right about 4 kms north of Immigration). Large grassy garden (at least half a rai), can't speak for the house. 15k per month apparently. Looked perfect for anyone with dogs.

[EDIT: And no, the house doesn't belong to me or anyone I know!]
This is the way
