fresh and saltwater fly fishing

any fly fishing going on in the hua hin area streams, not stocked ponds like fish farms, just nature ?
salt water fly fishing in Thailand, kite fishing, life bait fishing, spear fishing, which are the best areas ?
fly fishing up north, CM for example ?
should I bring all of my rod and reel combos ?
what about taxes, bribes to get them in ( total of 6 fly rods and reels, 2 6 wt, 2 8 wt, 1 10 wt, 1 12 wt, plus 14 trolling rods, spinning rods plus two kite rods with kites, and helium balloons )
is there a way to buy small helium bottles in BKK ?

There were people kayak fishing up at Pranbury dam last w/e. there were lots of fish including a huge snakehead, so I guess fly would work up there.
