Hi Vincens,

Have struggled with golfers elbow for many years, it neve gets so bad that I can play but I worry that in time it may. My pain runs on the inside part of my elbow, is this something you have treated before.

Cheers,

Hi JW! Golfers elbow is certainly a condition that can be helped with chiropractic approach. Usually there is a chronic state of inflammation locally, and often we can see a spinal dysfunction in the neck - in the segment where the nerve root that branches out to the muscles around the elbow. I treat golfers on a regular basis in Pattaya, and even when they get relief I have to put the brakes on as they cant wait to get back on the course. Inflammation conditions take time to heal, and we should expect a gradual improvement. And not rush back into full activity.

In other words, chiropractic treatment can first and foremost enable your own body to heal itself by eliminating the underlying dysfunctions. As well as treating symptomatically (local); elbow joint and surrounding soft tissue.

Kind regards, Vincens Steen

Hi Vincens,

I'm a regular visitor to a chiropractor in BKK called "D Spine" who also has a number of licensed expat Dr's. Just wondering what your package deal might be for say 10 visits. Although I have to travel to BKK anyway this may save me sometime in the big city if your going to be in HH on the weekends. I'll gladly provide you with the BKK pricing if you care to PM me.
Why is it called 'after dark' when it really is 'after light'?

Happy to answer any questions here about chiropractic.

About appointments, I think it will probably work best this way: People who are interested in me coming there, give me a call and we look at the upcoming weekend and the next after that to see what is suitable. I need 2-3 booked patients to make the trip down.

Hobiecat - i send u PM about your question.

Kind regards, Vince

Edit: Getting PM rights soon :) Hobiecat, call me anytime and we can discuss this.

Hi Tony,

3000 baht is for 2 to 3 treatments during that time. With the convenience that im in the area :)

So maybe not so bad after all?

If u are on a budget, im open to come to a solution! Just give me a call, and we shall work it out.

You are certainly welcome to come to my clinic as well in Pattaya, where u will get the same price as in BKK, if u are ever in these parts.

Does sound more reasonable. Thanks for clarification. Some of us could use just an occasional tune up though (one adjustment). I will call to see if we can work something out, if I'm in the need when you are heading down this way. Thanks again.

I use an excellent Osteopath who has a lot of business from the Asian Golf Tour, but he goes away for about 3 months each summer to France - so about tp go !

I am not sure about this Bht3,000 for 1-3 treatments, my experience with Osteopaths and Chiropractors in many countries, is that they charge for each visit, and usually about Bht1,500 or FX equivalent if overseas. I have often just needed one visit?

Hi all, thank you for your valuable feedback!

In MOST cases, 2-3 treatments are optimal for acute problems - and for chronic conditions it's a good way to start off a more long term treatment plan. I would not set up a model that wasn't ethically sound.

For a check up or "maintanence" purpose however, 1 treatment is sufficient.

This is my standard plan for Hua Hin now. Maybe i will change it up in the future. Like always, you are all welcome to call me anytime where we can discuss certain conditions and needs, and perhaps set up an individual model. Im flexible and easy to get along with :)
