A small commercial space needed

I 'd like to rent a small room preferably facing the road - for loading unloading and sales. Room will be used for preservation, wrapping and storage of food products. So place should have a water and electricity supply. Looking for something cheap but clean. Please advise if you can help to find some.

Not sure how much you're willing to spend, or where about you need the room, but there is a local Thai man here that rents little rooms/apartments out starting at around 3,500 to 4,000 baht per month. Includes small cooking area and bathroom.
