value - Toyota Fortuner TRD Sportivo 2011 model.

Post by huahin4ever »

I have a 2011 model Fortuner TRD Sportivo which is no about 2 1/2 years old. Since Toyota only has 3 years warranty for new cars I'm considering changing out with a new car. It will be 3 years old in January next year. Current "milage" is 55,000 km. I have followed all servicing at the Toyota dealer. My question is: What can I expect to get for this car if I would like to sell it?

Since this is my first car in Thailand and I bought it new, I have no idea on second hand prices. Anyone have any idea how much it would be worth?

This website should give you a good idea. It's in Thai but the drop down menues to choose car type are in English.

From what I've seen, you can ask about the asme that you paid for it new. Maybe a few thousand less but close.
This may sound crazy, but I have seen no advantage to buying a used vehicle that is less than 10 years old.
Others may have more advise. Also look at the old classifieds for reference.
I wouldn't have to manage my anger if people could learn to mange their stupidity!
