Be happy, HH is so multi-cultural with many many different cuisines. I am in a Chinese city this week,a small place of 3 million people. There are is one western type pub and they do a western b'fast on sat and Sunday, even in the multi star hotels its Chinese food plus leathery fried eggs-- pathetic. Be happy in HH.

On the other hand, you can get a sausage mcmuffin (without egg) here which they strangely dropped in the UK yonks ago.
The only reason I have the muffins here is for the lack of the Bacon Roll. Do they still have the sausage & egg muffin back in England? You could always ask for it without the egg.

There is another huge thread on B'fast places and in the end its all very personal. For instance in addition to good food, I need nice view with a cabaret to watch, good WiFi and a copy of the BKK Post. For many other people those are irrelevant. I like El Murphy's

Two places I've sampled in the last couple of days deserve a mention:

Nalida - just past the Seven at the Petchkasem end of Soi 80, decent brekkie for 130 baht.

Morning Bread - halfway down Soi 94, before the railway, similarly priced breakfast sets.

I was well peed off this morning as couldn't get a table at Lins cafe at 9.30 before school....shows that good food at a good price and excellent service will alway be popular...I wonder if I can ask for a reservation :-)

I'd kill for a Dennys or Humpty's (Canadian Franchise), my wife and I are regulars at Morning Bread soi 94. Decent breakfast and good service. FYI they have eggs Benedict but how I would love a pan scrambler from Humpty's.

I am Canadian but have no memory of Humpty's, Do they have them in Ontario? I do like Tim Horton's for breakfast.

Where exactly is morning bread on Soi 94? I've never noticed it. I love eggs Benedict and have been looking for a place that will serve them for lunch as I rarely go out for breakfast. Are they open for lunch and serving from their breakfast menu?

Thanks!
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?
