Perils fail to deter Thai bride boom

Post by Jaime »

There's some good stuff on the BBC but there's also some predictable, repetitive and lazy journalism like this:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/asia-p ... 319072.stm

The article, titled Perils fail to deter Thai bride boom starts with the paragraph:

The case of Toby Charnaud, the Briton murdered on the orders of his Thai ex-wife, has highlighted the growing number of British men travelling to Thailand to find wives, often arranged over the internet.

What a load of twaddle! And how do they have the gall to link it with Toby's death? Pure cr@p! :cuss:
