Heading to Ban Krut and Thapsakae today if anyone is that far south. Also noticed this ...

Thailand to host Motocross GP
Following the success of last year's inaugural round at Sri Racha, Chon Buri, the high-flying, hardcore FIM Motocross World Championship (MXGP) circus will return to thrill tens of thousands of local spectators as well as a massive global TV audience. It will also be throwing a very bright spotlight on the host country, showcasing Thailand's ability to organise and host major international events, blending in its unique cultural charm and sense of fun.

YAMAHA FZX 750.jpg
Even if the pictures are not of the best quality, I was happy to see what I suppose is a 850 TDM which would make a nice pair with my old 750 FZX... The TDM seems in excellent conditions, probably better than the FZX that has had a hard life since it was imported by a Thai 20 years ago.

Hi all you Saturday riders! One of our newer riding buddies suggested going South tomorrow and I propose expanding our usual 'range' slightly to Bang Saphan. We have one of our long time buddies there with a perfect spot for our lunch break!! If we leave El Murphies close to 8:30 and use a little more direct route to our destination we should arrive in time to see some of the sights mentioned above :D
Cheers GTNL..... hope to see a few bikes out...

We're hoping to do that later in the month, it'll need an overnighter in Kanchan.

I really wish I was down there. I would drive the support suv/pick-up with supplies and spares on group long trips like that. You should volunteer BB just for the fun and adventure. Biker chicks really like to hang out with management as well. :D It would be like a rally and storm chasers combined into one. :thumb: Pete

Hi All

If I'm not wrong, this weekend is Pranburi Bike Week.

Are any of you planning a little visit?

I may ride down on Saturday morning for a look around
