Anyone know if they have champagne on their menu, or allow guests to bring a bottle?

We went there for New Year's Eve and were disappointed to find out there was no champagne on offer. Additionally, the quality of both food and service seemed to have drastically declined since our last visit (a few months before). They used to be our "go to" place for special occasions but after New Year's eve I doubt we'll be going there again.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

Too bad! :( I had read it was a really nice and romantic place, especially at full moon with the view over the beach and the ocean. Was thinking about proposing to my gf there...

Maybe try that Hin Lek Fai Restaurant then, it is also supposed to be "romantic", and also in walking distance from our hotel.
