I'm looking for a pair, or possibly two pairs, of dumbbells. Weight ideally 4 or 5 kgs per dumbbell.
All reasonable offers considered. Please reply to this thread.

Hi there. .. If you don't mind me saying, in my experience home gym equipment just ends up gathering dust and taking up space. .. If you have serious goals to fight the flab I'd recommend talking to dean the owner at powerfit 102 and sharing your goals with him. He is very experienced and knowledge and has a lot of toys and methods more useful than dumbells to help you achieve your goals. I'm sure any other users here that visit his gym would tell you the same. Having said that I don't know your circumstances but you can buy dumbbells in the sports store in m.v. or hua hin mall or use homemade alternatives such as 6l water bottles filled with water...I still think if you are serious and dedicated the gym is the way forward but just my opinion. Good luck!

:agree:
I'm going to take a visit to soi 102 as my new condo gym is crap...
I also recommend a walk or swim a day and set yourself small targets of improvement.
Do you have a smart phone with a mobile internet package? Download the 'mapmyrun' app and record your walks. You will find it interesting and motivating at the same time. I record my runs and try to better my previous ones.
GN.

I see what you're both saying but I walk the beach, swim or play golf at least 4-5 times a week.
I'd just need something easy to use at home to tone up a bit.
So, if there's anyone out there who has confined their dumbbells to a cupboard and wants to get rid of them, let me know.

The dumbells in tesco market village are half the price then the sport shops there about 350฿ for 5kg ones.
The power fit gym in soi 102 is very good but you need to be dedicated and it's very hard if you've never been a keep fit frenetic I tried it for two weeks and give up couldn't stand the pain no longer.

Watch this video one YouTube it's called fat sick and nearly dead by joe cross very interesting also you can follow him on his web site reboot with joe.

After watching this video I changed my diet cut down on the unhealthy food still have an evening meal and lost 4kgs in two weeks
Good luck sticks

Instead of a couple of dumb bells, why not get a couple of dumb blondes - they'll give you a good workout and get you into shape

Apologies to any of our female readers, only a light hearted joke, but............?
