Yea the Amity is good deal. I would be surpised if it goes away. It costs an extra fee to file for it and there are other ways to acomplish the same thing.

I think it is useful but I'm not sure if I'll ever need to file for protection under it. For me its more of backup plan. My Thai ltd company is under no threat given my own individual circumstances so Amity is a luxury I'd just a soon not pay for.
